Xfinity call forwarding codes (Comcast home phone and mobile)
Xfinity is Comcast, and Comcast call forwarding depends on which Xfinity product you have. Xfinity Voice, the home phone service, uses a star code you dial from the handset. Xfinity Mobile, the cell service, uses its own star code. Both are shown above.
The confusing part is the naming. Comcast markets home internet and TV as Xfinity, sells phone service as Xfinity Voice, and sells wireless as Xfinity Mobile, all under the Comcast corporate name. If you searched for Comcast call forwarding, you are in the right place.
For plain all-calls forwarding, the dial code is instant. For busy or no-answer forwarding, Xfinity pushes you to the online portal, which is covered below.

Pick up your Xfinity Voice handset, dial the all-calls code shown above, and wait for the confirmation tone. Every call now forwards. Dial the deactivate code to stop it.
Xfinity Voice does the simple all-calls forward from the handset, but it handles busy-line and no-answer rules through the xfinity.com portal rather than a dial code. Sign in, open Voice, then Call Forwarding, and set the rule there.
Xfinity Mobile
Xfinity Mobile is a separate product from Xfinity Voice. It uses the star code shown above for all calls and a separate code for the calls you miss. Spectrum Mobile works the same way, since both run on the Verizon network.
If you are not sure which one you have, check your bill. A line item for Xfinity Voice is the home phone. A line item for Xfinity Mobile is the cell plan.
When the code does not take
Cable voice lines sometimes need conditional forwarding enabled on the account before a dial code will hold. If the handset code does nothing, set forwarding in the xfinity.com portal instead, which always works because it changes the setting server side.
After the call forwards
A forwarded Xfinity line still needs something to answer it well. Point it at a NextPhone number and an AI receptionist takes every call in under five seconds, whether it is a customer at noon or a new lead at midnight.
It answers questions, books appointments, and captures the details you need, then sends them to you as a text and an email. NextPhone has handled more than 1.4 million calls, resolves 90 to 95 percent without reaching you, and costs a flat 199 dollars a month for unlimited calls.
