To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of NextPhone.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to NextPhone at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app settings.
