How it works
A customer calls your business line. NextPhone answers, has a conversation, and captures their info. When the call ends, NextPhone sends a POST request to your Zapier Catch Hook URL with 10 structured fields: caller name, caller number, summary, transcript, recording URL, start time, end time, call duration, outcome, and receiving number. Zapier receives the data and runs your workflow, create a CRM contact, send a Slack message, add a spreadsheet row, whatever you need. You map the fields once, and it runs automatically for every call.
