Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
At Pure Labs Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our NextPhone AI Receptionist service ("NextPhone" or "the Service").
1. Who We Are
Pure Labs Inc.
Contact: support@getnextphone.com
2. Information We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect and store:
- Account Information
- Your name, email address, and phone number, used to create and secure your account and to send you service notifications
- Your business name and details, used to configure your AI assistant
- Your subscription payment details, processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Calls and Messages
- Recordings and transcripts of the calls your assistant handles, along with summaries and the details callers share (for example a name, number, or reason for calling)
- Text messages sent and received through the Service
- Contacts
- Contact records you create or upload, and contact records the Service creates from the calls and messages it handles, so repeat callers are recognized and served better
- Usage Information
- Information about how you use the Service, used for authentication, security, and improving the product
Your data is protected with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, used to provide the Service as described in this policy, and never sold.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide the NextPhone service
- Process, route, record, and transcribe calls
- Generate summaries, notifications, and records of interactions for your reference
- Send and receive text messages you or your callers request
- Ensure secure authentication and access
We do not sell your data, and we do not share the content of your calls, recordings, or messages with anyone for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Service Providers
We rely on a small set of service providers to run NextPhone: telephony and text-message delivery, voice AI and transcription, AI language processing, cloud hosting and data storage, payment processing, transactional email, product analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tools. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, and some of them (for example our telephony and voice AI providers) store call recordings on our behalf.
We do not and will not sell your personal data to third parties.
Website Visitors & Analytics
When you browse our public website (not the NextPhone app), we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This includes analytics (PostHog), which may record how visitors interact with the public site, and advertising pixels (Meta, Google). To measure which of our ads lead to signups, we may also share hashed contact identifiers with these advertising platforms.
You can opt out of this tracking and of any follow-up communication at any time by emailing support@getnextphone.com. California residents may use the same address to exercise their right to opt out of the sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google Calendar to NextPhone:
- Data accessed: Calendar event times (start/end), event titles, and your email address
- Purpose: To check your availability and schedule appointments on your behalf when callers request meetings
- Storage: Calendar data is accessed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers
- Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Calendar data to third parties
- Revocation: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time in the Connections settings, which immediately revokes our access
NextPhone's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. If You Called a Business That Uses NextPhone
NextPhone answers calls and messages on behalf of the businesses that use it. When you call or text one of these businesses, we process your phone number, the audio of the call, a transcript and summary, and any details you choose to share, on that business's behalf. If you have called before, the assistant may reference notes from your previous calls so the business can serve you better. The business you contacted controls this information. If you have questions about it, or want to request access or deletion, contact the business directly or email us at support@getnextphone.com.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, so your call history, transcripts, messages, and contacts stay available to you. If you request deletion of your account or your data, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days of your request and instruct our service providers to do the same. Copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged, and we may keep limited records for legal, billing, or security reasons.
8. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct any inaccurate information
To delete your account:
Email support@getnextphone.com from the email address on your account and we will take care of it. Once your account is deleted, the associated data is removed as described in Section 7, and we cannot restore your account or its data for you afterwards.
9. Geographic Availability
NextPhone is primarily offered to businesses in the United States and Canada.
10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (in compliance with COPPA). If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information about a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or within the Service.
12. SMS / Text Messaging
Businesses that use NextPhone may send and receive SMS text messages with people who call or contact them, and account holders may receive text notifications. If you contact a business that uses NextPhone, or enable text notifications on your own NextPhone account, the following applies:
- What you receive: Transactional, conversational messages such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, scheduling links you asked for, status updates, and account or service notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How you consent: You provide your mobile number when you call, text, or otherwise contact the business, or when you enable SMS in your NextPhone settings, and you agree to be texted about your inquiry or account. Message frequency varies.

- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getnextphone.com.
