Frontier call forwarding codes and setup
Frontier landlines give you three forwarding modes straight from the handset: all calls, busy line, and no answer. The codes are shown above. Dial one, wait for the confirmation tone, and calls route where you want them.
Having all three modes on dial codes, with no portal to log into, makes Frontier one of the more flexible landlines to forward. A small business can keep answering on the desk phone and forward only the calls that would otherwise be missed.
Frontier absorbed a number of former Verizon and AT&T landline areas, so if your service switched to Frontier, these are now your codes.

Open setupAll calls, busy line, and no answer
The all-calls code forwards everything, so the Frontier phone never rings. The no-answer code rings your phone first and forwards only the calls you do not pick up. The busy-line code catches calls that come in while you are already on the phone, so callers never hit a busy signal.
Each mode has its own activate and deactivate code, listed above from the same data our app uses. Combine no-answer and busy-line to catch everything you can while nothing slips through.
Setting it and testing it
Dial the code, listen for the confirmation tone, then test by calling your Frontier number from another phone and letting it ring. The call should land wherever you forwarded it. If nothing happens, dial the deactivate code and enter the activate code again from scratch.
After the call forwards
A forwarded Frontier line still needs a good answer on the other end. Point it at a NextPhone number and an AI receptionist picks up in under five seconds and handles the call properly.
It books appointments, answers the usual questions, and captures the caller details, then sends you a text and email summary. Across 1.4 million-plus calls, NextPhone resolves 90 to 95 percent on its own and forwards the rest to you with context. Flat 199 dollars a month, unlimited calls.
