Referral Program Terms

The NextPhone referral program ("Program") pays partners a commission on subscription revenue from customers they refer. The Program is operated by Pure Labs Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By joining the Program or sharing a referral link you agree to these terms and to the NextPhone Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Joining is free. You need a NextPhone account to get a referral link, but you do not need a paid subscription. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may decline or remove any participant at our discretion.

2. Commissions

You earn 25% of collected subscription revenue from each referred customer for 12 months from their first payment.

  • Pro at $199 a month pays you $49.75 a month
  • Growth at $299 a month pays you $74.75 a month
  • Custom plans pay the same 25% of whatever the customer actually pays
  • Annual subscriptions pay 25% of each amount when it is collected

Commissions are calculated on payments we actually collect, net of refunds and chargebacks. Commissions stop when the referred customer's subscription stops. There is no cap on the number of customers you can refer or on total commissions.

3. Payments

Payouts are made by PayPal in the first week of each month.

  • The minimum payout is $50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the following month
  • Each commission confirms 30 days after the payment it came from, covering our refund window, then joins your next monthly payout
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back after a commission was paid, we deduct a matching negative adjustment from your future payouts
  • You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal account and for any taxes on your earnings
  • US participants who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked to provide a Form W-9, and NextPhone issues Form 1099 as required by law

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days from the click. If a visitor clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click wins. The referral tag is set once when the visitor creates their account and is never reassigned afterward.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referrals, including referring accounts you own or control
  • Search ads on Google, Bing, or any other search engine
  • Bidding on "NextPhone" or misspellings or variations of it on any ad platform
  • Posting referral links on coupon or deal sites
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or outreach that violates applicable law
  • Misleading claims about NextPhone, its pricing, or the Program

Social ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms are allowed.

6. Disclosure

If you promote NextPhone publicly, you must disclose that you earn a commission, as required by the FTC's endorsement guidelines. A plain statement such as "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" is sufficient.

7. Termination and Changes

We may modify these terms, change commission rates for future referrals, or end the Program at any time. Confirmed commissions earned before a change are honored. We may suspend or terminate a partner who violates these terms.
